Codex - The Journal of Typography

The Codex journal of typography has a wide variety of all things type. The journal has interviews with prominent members of the type world explaining their views on the way type use to be, and what it could be in the future. Also within Codex are studies on the history of type, that have helped shape the way type is today. New type faces, awards, competition, new apps to try out, and events dealing with typography and design. Codex is a pretty hefty journal, with roughly 160 pages worth of reading. Everything in the journal, as you would expect, is laid out clearly and cleanly. This makes it a lot of fun to look at.
