Wired Magazine Grid
I used the wired magazine website as an example for my choice of grid. Not only are they an amazingly designed magazine/ online source, but i have noticed they use a grid of three columns going horizontally. It is organized in a very well simple manner and it is not complicated at all to the eye, it shows their features, their photography, and information very well. Wired magazine is a san fransisco based magazine that have a big direction in design and also have many infographs, illustrations, and artwork, and they keep that in a well simple organized matter by using of what i guess a 5 horizontally column grid.
